At 11:18 am on October 9, 2023, the Risun Group Dingzhou Park held a commencement ceremony for the 5000 ton/year AMP and intelligent command center project.

The 5000 ton/year AMP project under construction is located in the New Materials Industrial Park of Dingzhou High tech Industrial Development Zone, Hebei Province. It covers an area of 60 acres and has a total investment of RMB 380 million. It is planned to be completed and put into operation in November 2024. At that time, it can produce 5000 tons of AMP (i.e. 2-Amino-2-methyl-1-propanol) and by-products such as Acetone oxime (DMKO), methylal, and fusel annually. AMP is a high-end environmentally friendly multifunctional chemical with high added value and wide applications. It can be used in high-end coatings, metal processing, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, CO₂ absorption and other fields. 

After years of dedicated research and overcoming numerous difficulties, the Risun R&D team has gone through a completely independent research and development path of small-scale exploration, process design, and pilot scale up. Now, a complete amino alcohol production process technology has been formed, and a set of industrial demonstration devices has been built in the fine chemical workshop of Dingzhou Park. The production and operation are stable, selling well both domestically and internationally.

The intelligent command center, which is under construction at the same time, covers an area of 2400 m², with a building area of 3700 m² and a total investment of RMB 41.88 million. It is planned to be completed and put into use in October 2024. At that time, the energy scheduling, production scheduling, logistics scheduling, and power scheduling in Dingzhou Park will achieve automation, unified integration, and digital centralized control, which will maximize production efficiency and reduce the number of workers in the workplace. It will also be the most advanced intelligent command center in China.
